Actor/Rapper DMX aka Earl Simmons, 37, pleaded guilty to Cocaine and Weed possession, and was sentenced to time served. He now faces extradition to Arizona.

DMX Celebrates With His Homie’s! 

Attorney Bradford Cohen stated DMX will remain in custody until Arizona picked up on drugs and animal cruelty charges there.  Cohen admitted if he hadn’t copped a plea, DMX would have to sit out his time in a Miami slammer until a trail date in October.

Hip Hop music producer Marion “Suge” Knight of Death Row Records is back in the A Clark County Detention Center (Jail). The 43-year-old Knight was arrested about 6:40 a.m. Wednesday on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a controlled substance, possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription and battery domestic violence.

Shuge Knight Busted Again 

Knight who police said punched his girlfriend in the head and pulled a knife on her during an argument. In an effort to escape, the girlfriend grabbed the steering wheel causing the vehicle to hit a curb and come to an abrupt stop, then she fled with Knight in pursuit, police said.

When officers arrived on the scene, responding to a domestic violence call, they found Knight standing over the woman holding a knife.

Knight, is a Hip Hop pioneer who helped promote such rap stars as Snoop Dogg and Tupac Shaku.

After years as a fixture Kmark, the new execs gave TV talk show host Martha Stewart the boot! Sears, which has taken over as the Kmart parent company, said it fired Martha Stewart, because her contract demanded too much in guaranteed royalties.

We think her Prison Stretch may have had something to do with it! Looks like Stewart will be replaced with Former Charlie’s Angel Jaclyn Smith!

Former Minnesota governor, actor and professional wrestler Jesse “The Body” Ventura will be dishing out his own form of justice from the bench on his own Reality TV show, as Judge Jesse!

According to Television Week, Ventura is “deep in negotiations” with production company Twentieth Television to step into the proverbial ring with the likes of Judge Judy, Judge Alex, Judge Joe Brown and the many others that already crowd the syndiated television landscape. If a deal is reached, TVWeek.com reports, the show could start in the Fall 2009 season. 

This has to be filed under Unbelievable. Actor / Rapper DMX was picked up yesterday in Florida over a bench warrant issued against him in Arizona.

The Judge Is A Rapper!

Florida attorney, Brad Cohen, went to to bail him out today, but the Arizona courts list him as having a no bail hold.

DMX will have to sit it out in the Florida jail until his October 2 court hearing for a possession charge he has in Miami.

His attorney, Cohen told reporters that “he’ll have him [DMX] out before then … if they can straighten everything out”.

43 year old Actor Shelley Malil, who appeared in “The 40-Year-Old Virgin” was charged with attempted murder Tuesday after police said he stabbed his former girlfriend more than 20 times.

The Girlfriend Kendra Beebe is a 35-year-old mother of two who works as an insurance broker in Carlsbad, CA.

Malil played a co-worker, Haziz, to comedian Steve Carell’s title character in “The 40-Year-Old Virgin,” who has appeared in dozens of TV shows including “NYPD Blue” and “Scrubs” remains in custody on $2 million bail.

He was arrested late Monday as he left a train in Oceanside, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department said. It’s not known at this time if Drugs were involved.

Associated Press writes: Another co-defendant has pleaded guilty in the O.J. Simpson armed robbery and kidnapping case in Las Vegas. Charles Ehrlich entered the plea Monday to reduced charges of attempted accessory to robbery and attempted burglary.

 “I Didn’t Do It I Swear!”

Ehrlich agreed to testify against Simpson at the Hall of Fame football player’s upcoming trial. The 54-year-old Ehrlich is the fourth Simpson co-defendant to plead guilty. He faces a possible sentence ranging from probation to nine years in prison.

Aging Former NBA Champion, Dennis Rodman, was sentenced today after pleading No Contest to Spousal Battery charges. The charges stemmed from an argument at a Los Angeles hotel in April, when he was arrested for Hitting his girlfriend during an argument.

Rodman was sentenced to three years probation, one year of domestic abuse counciling, and (my personal favorite) 45 days of Graffiti Removal.

It appears that Dennis Rodman has added Domestic Abuse to a long list of dirty laundry, which already included Cross Dressing and Drug / Alcohol Abuse. What’s next? Stay tuned to find out!
