It appears beautiful young 19 year old TV Actress Hayden Panettiere who plays Claire Bennett on NBC’s “Heroes” has an abusive daddy. Alan Panettiere has been charged with misdemeanor Battery for an incident in which he allegedly hit his wife.

Daddy faces up to a year in a Los Angeles County jail if convicted. He was arrested on Aug. 11 on suspicion of striking his wife, Lesley.There was no mention if Drugs were involved.

At the time, a sheriff’s spokesman said Panettiere was accused of hitting his wife three times with an open hand. The 49-year-old was later released on $50,000 bail after the arrest. His arraignment will be held in October at a Beverly Hills courthouse.

Never a dull moment in the life of our favorite 22 year old Lesbian Actress Lindsay Lohan says is said to be “terrified” her 48-year-old father will harm her. She says dad “Michael Lohan” should be “On Drugs” to stop him publicly shaming her (and acting like a complete bozo).

A source close to the Lesbo star said: “Lindsay is going to take out a Restraining Order against Michael. He is behaving so erratically that she’s terrified he’ll do something to her. She’s contacted her lawyer to arrange this.”

It’s really no big suprise as Lohans parents are slightly whacked anyway. Michael – who has three children, Lindsay, Ali and Cody, with ex-wife Dina Lohan (Who is a Total Nut Job) – has also driven away the rest of his family with his behavior and attitude.

Sources said: “Ali already has an order of protection against him, as does Dina. No one is speaking with him until he gets help.”

Lindsay wrote on her MySpace page: “My father obviously needs to be on medication to control his moods. He is out of line and his words show how much anger he has, and it’s dangerous and scary as it reminds me of how he treated my mother and I my whole childhood. He needs to be stopped. This is yet another reason why we aren’t speaking.”

Lohans Lesbian partner Samantha Ronson, who looks like she (He?) has a lot of experience being On Drugs,  has offered to hook him up with some Good Shit!

The South African-born Oscar winning actress, 33 year old Charlize Theron who just became an American citizen last year, has come out in support of “Osama” Obama.

Our Favorite Lesbian Actress Lindsay Lohan and her man Sam Ronson have launched a vicious internet attack on US Vice President candidate Sarah Palin blasting her as a narrow-minded homophobe Bitch, and, asking: “Is it a sin to be Gay?”

The Loving Couple posted a joint message on their MySpace pages blasting Palin as a ‘narrow minded, media obsessed homophobe’.

“I really cannot bite my tongue anymore when it comes to Sarah Palin,” Lohan wrote. “Is it a sin to be gay? Should it be a sin to be straight? Or to use birth control? Or to have sex before marriage? Or even to have a child out of wedlock? … I find it quite interesting that a woman who now is running to be second in command of the United States only four years ago had aspirations to be a television anchor. Which is probably all she is qualified to be.”

Lohan (Who likes to Suck It) ends the rant by quoting that great Canadian stateswoman, Pamela Anderson, who once said, “She can suck it!”

Ronson, who can’t vote anyway because she’s not a U.S. citizen, begged her American friends to do their research, “and if you’re in doubt — vote for Obama!”

 The rapper recently plead Guilty In Miami to Drug Possession for Cocaine and Weed, and sentenced to time served and fined. Officials in Arizona then had 15 business days to obtain DMX or he would have been able to leave the state of Florida on OR (own recognizance).

DMX is facing 11 charges of animal cruelty and Drug Possession in Arizona and is currently being held on a $25,000 bond.
