The Oscar-winning actress and her country-star husband welcomed a baby girl on Monday, then named her after the day before.
“Earlier this morning Nic gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban,” read the message posted on Urban’s Web site. “We want to thank everybody that has kept us in their thoughts and prayers. We feel very blessed and grateful that we can share this joy with all of you today.”

The Mean Girls star will play a personal assistant working in a publishing house who concocts an elaborate plan to keep her malevolent boss from giving her the sack.
Labor Pains is due to begin shooting next week. Lohan will be pretending to be pregnant in order to stay in her job.
TV actors Cheryl Hines (Curb Your Enthusiasm), Connie Britton (Friday Night Lights) and Chris Parnell (Saturday Night Live) will star alongside Lohan.
Her Lesbian Lover Samantha Ronson could not be reached for comment.
