A source close to the Lesbo star said: “Lindsay is going to take out a Restraining Order against Michael. He is behaving so erratically that she’s terrified he’ll do something to her. She’s contacted her lawyer to arrange this.”
It’s really no big suprise as Lohans parents are slightly whacked anyway. Michael – who has three children, Lindsay, Ali and Cody, with ex-wife Dina Lohan (Who is a Total Nut Job) – has also driven away the rest of his family with his behavior and attitude.
Sources said: “Ali already has an order of protection against him, as does Dina. No one is speaking with him until he gets help.”
Lindsay wrote on her MySpace page: “My father obviously needs to be on medication to control his moods. He is out of line and his words show how much anger he has, and it’s dangerous and scary as it reminds me of how he treated my mother and I my whole childhood. He needs to be stopped. This is yet another reason why we aren’t speaking.”

Rapper DMX (Earl Simmons) was arrested at a Phoenix mall Saturday on suspicion of “False Identity”. He gave a gave a fake name and Social Security number to a hospital to get out of paying for medical expenses.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said that when DMX went to Scottsdale’s Mayo Clinic in April, he used the name “Troy Jones” and failed to pay a $7,500 bill.
Arpaio said:”He’s back in jail again,” I don’t know why judges keep letting this guy out. Every time he goes in there, he gets out on bond. I’m hoping this is the one time he’s going to pay the penalty for his offense.”
DMX other recent arrests were for outstanding warrants after he failed to appear in court in Phoenix , and on charges of attempting to purchase Cocaine and Weed in Miami.

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. (AP) – June 1, 2008 — A Los Angeles fire official says a large fire is burning on a lot at Universal Studios.
Los Angeles fire Capt. Frank Reynoso says the blaze was reported just before dawn Sunday on a sound stage on a back lot. There are no immediate reports of injuries.
Reynoso says filming could have been going on at the time and that there has been at least one explosion. He says the fire is contained to the back lot, and firefighters are working to ensure the flames don’t spread to nearby brush.
LA City Fire Department, said that although the fire is under LA County jurisdiction, they have sent roughly 40 companies to try and contain the blaze, about 100 city and county firefighters are helping studio firefighters tackle the blaze. The fire started around 5:00 AM PST.
