This past Monday night on WWE Raw was true DVR material. Celeb Gossip Kings at The-Deli have a few reasons why. There was about 5 minutes of programming worth watching. Again and again we see the same thing on Monday night Raw. An opening banter lasting 10-15 minutes of the broadcast. Followed by a match lasting 5 minutes. Their weekly “talkshow” the “Highlight Reel” hosted by Chris Jericho generally has a 5-10 minute slot in the second hour which in all reality should be non-stop wrestling. If WWE viewers actually survived the first hour they should be rewarded with a great main event. On Raw they generally wait until 9:50 or 9:55 p.m. to begin their main event, and their time slot ends at 10:05! This 10-15 minutes always has on the low end one commercial break. To say the least it doesn’t leave much time for any real action to take place.

Last Thursday on TNA IMPACT! The full rosters were announced for the upcoming LOCKDOWN PPV and the celeb gossip kings at THE-DELI have the scoop for you! The Icon Sting made his long awaited return to the six-sided ring. He returned during one of his signature Blackouts of the IMPACT! zone. Evening the odds for team Cage at LOCKDOWN!
Karen Angle (wife of Kurt Angle) had a “sit down” interview with Mike Tenay this past week on IMPACT! During the interview it was brought to light that she had moved out of their Pennsylvania estate, and has also taken their two children with her. Also, She also dropped a HUGE bombshell that she has been seeing someone else!
This past Thursday there was also the FIRST EVER NO-COMMERCIAL main event in television wrestling history! TNA presented all eight men that will compete inside SIX SIDES OF STEEL at LOCKDOWN in an eight man tag-team match! Team CAGE came out the big winner of the most monstrous IMPACT! ever. As part of his on-going training sessions leading up to the April 13th Lockdown payperview. He will take on “Samoan Submission Machine” Samoa Joe. Their long embittered feud will come to an end inside the SIX SIDES OF STEEL! Like they say in TNA Wrestling: “Every war ends in the cage!”

Steve James Borden (born March 20, 1959) better known as Sting, is an American professional wrestler, currently under contract with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. He is arguably the most successful and popular professional wrestler to have never performed under contract for WWE, and is generally considered to be one of the Greatest Professional Wrestlers of all time.
Steve originally debuted in November 1985 as Flash Borden and wrestled for the Universal Wrestling Federation, later he changed his name to Sting . Having established himself as a rising star, Sting was one of the only UWF alumni to be pushed through the ranks of the NWA. Sting challenged Ric Flair for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. It t5ook several matches before he finally won his first title in the NWA when he defeated Mike Rotundo for the NWA Television Championship. Later Sting defeated “Stone Cold” Steve Austin to win a tournament for the WCW U.S. title.
Sting fought many battles over the years but the biggest one was with his management and unscrupulous Promoters. They actually introduced an “Imposter” Sting (played by Jeff Farmer) which led the crowd to believe that Sting had actually turned his back on the fans and the WCW. Sting has battled with the best of the best including Rick Flair, Randy “Macho Man” Savage, Hulk Hogan and Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle.
In 2000, Sting had an intense feud with the newcomer Vampiro. Vampiro set him on fire as a “Human Torch Match” but Sting came back to even the score with Vampiro. He was “injured” by Scott Steiner in 2000, leaving WCW TV for good. However, he returned for the last episode of WCW Monday Nitro, on March 26, 2001 and defeated his longtime rival Ric Flair, embracing in a sportsmanlike fashion at the end of the contest. Fittingly, this was the last WCW match ever.
Sting returned to professional wrestling in late-2002, touring Europe with the World Wrestling All-Stars (WWA). In 2003, Sting signed a contract committing him to four appearances with the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) promotion where he has been ever since. Since TNA Genesis, Sting has been absent from TNA programming and has been spending the off-time with his family.

The Rock gained mainstream fame as a standout in World Wrestling Entertainment from 1996 to 2004. Since 2001, he has focused on a thriving acting career, though he still makes occasional WWE appearances for promotional purposes.
Johnson was a nine-time world champion in his career, including a record-setting seven-time WWE Champion; his last reign was as WWE Undisputed Champion. He also was the winner of the 2000 Royal Rumble. A 3rd Generation Wrestler, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, is the son of Ata (née Maivia) and professional wrestler “Soulman” Rocky Johnson, and was born in Hayward, California. His maternal grandfather, “High Chief” Peter Maivia, was also a professional wrestler.
The Rock’s Famous Samoan Tribal Tattoo
In early 2003, The Rock traveled to Hawaii to have his family history tattooed on him—a Samoan tradition. Here we reveal the meanings of his tattoo. Traditionally, Samoan tattooing was done by an artist, assisted by multiple people. The tattooist would use two tools, one a bone-tipped rake and the other the striking stick. The rake would be dipped in ink, then struck with the other stick to puncture the skin. The assistants had the job of holding the skin of the tattooee taut so that the artist could work. In his recent interview with Playboy magazine, Johnson did mention that that work took sixty hours total to execute, spread out over three sessions and was composed entirely freehand (meaning the artist worked right on his skin without a stencil or transfer). He did not mention if the tattoo was done with the traditional hand tools or if any of the ink was tattooed by conventional machine.

Since jopining the WWE SmackDown Roster in 2002 John Cena had risen to the top of the ranks and is less than a year later headlined the first of what has since become countless main-event matches. Known as the Dr. of Thuganomics, Cena thrills audiences on Monday Night RAW. Cena has built an Army of fanatically loyal fans, which are predominantly women. “Cena is a Favorite with the Ladies”.
Cena who attended Massachusetts’ Springfield College, where he excelled as a Division III All-American offensive lineman and was captain of his team “The Pride”.
After college Cena flew out to California in 2000, to pursue a profession in bodybuilding. While working behind the counter of Gold’s Gym in Venice, Cena enrolled in classes at Ultimate Pro Wrestling. He was instantly hooked, and became motivated to learn everything he could about his newfound craft. He proved to be a quick study and within a year, World Wrestling Entertainment signed Cena to a Contract. The rest as they say is History!
