Motley Crue, the world’s most notorious rock band, have announced hottest ticket of the year for rock fans - the 1st ever “Crüe Fest 08” and Celeb Gossip Kings have all the details for you!
The tour, produced by Live Nation, kicks off on July 1st and will hit over 40 major cities in the US and Canada and will feature all four original Motley Crue members — singer Vince Neil, bassist Niki Sixx, guitarist Mick Mars and drummer Tommy Lee.
Speaking at a press conference today in Los Angeles the veteran rockers announced that Buckcherry, Papa Roach, and (which features Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx) will join them on the tour.
The Crue performed two songs at the conference, kicking off with ‘Kickstart My Heart’, and then world premiering their new single “Saints Of Los Angeles”.
The new album follows the story of the band’s NY Times best-selling memoir The Dirt, a no-holds-barred tell-all that features every gritty detail of the band’s exploits as one of the world’s biggest rock bands.

Love Motley Crue always have and always will. The funny thing is that my 11yr. old son loves them without any of my influence. Not just that he brought back Classic Rock back to the 5th grade. All the Kids that listened to rap crap and todays music, now listens to Classic Rock from the 60’s to the 80’s and a little of the 90’s mixed in. This without any of my influence. It is true like Father like Son. This Summer is going to Kick Ass with “Crew Fest 08″, it is going to obviously Rock The North American Continent for sure. Love thier new song “Saints of Los Angeles” got a great sound, it is definetly the Crew. It is perfect all of it is going to go awesome this is going to be an experience of a life time for you and me. See Ya there.
