This child had been exposed to unprecedentedly high levels of testosterone! It could be a real beast, if it survives after the pregnancy.

Well, that part about nobody but the doctors knowing sure isn’t true anymore I’m happy that the media is going with “he” consistently – even nowadays they often mess up transgendered pronouns. I suppose you get a little extra edge if you’re a celebrity, too.
