Shocking Nude Photos of Ann Hathaway have surfaced on the Internet. They were taken by her Sleazebag boyfriend Italian property developer Raffaelo Follieri. The photos were discovered in her private journals that were confiscated during an FBI Raid of Raffaelo’s apartment.
“We had Sex next to a roaring fire of hundred dollar bills”
Raffaelo who was arrested recently trying to pass a bad check for $250,000. and who reportedly embezzled $1.3 million in business funds to support his extremely lavish lifestyle, is trying to sell them to the highest bidder. He has to raise money for his legal fees.
Follieri is also under investigation by New York state attorney general Andrew Cuomo who is looking into Raffaello’s charity foundation after learning he’s not properly disclosing tax information.

First, Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend,, was being investigated for Fraud. Then Anne’s Break Up with him. Now today he was Arrested on Fraud Charges.
Follieri is being charged today for operating a fraudulant Real Estate Scheme that he claimed involved the Vatican. The official charges, according to the US District Court in Manhattan, are Conspiracy, Wire Fraud, and Money Laundering.
Follieri has been released on Bail, which cost him $21 million. He also had to Surrender his Passport to authorities.
It looks like Miss Hathaway got out of her relationship just in time. Rumor has it she may swear off men all together and go Lesbian (Like Lindsay Lohan)

Rumors started swirling after the Get Smart Starlet showed up to the movie premier on Monday without her Dead Beat boyfriend. Hathaway’s publicist has confirmed that she has definitely gotten smarter, and kicked that loser to the curb.

Celeb Gossip Kings have learned that Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, is under investigation by New York’s District Attorney’s Office for the Sleazy Manouvers of his co called “Charity“.
Follieri “Claims“ they take donations and use them in third world countries to give vaccinations to poor children, along with other programs. (Yeah Right!)
This isn’t the first issue for Hathaway’s beau. He was arrested last year for Bouncing A $215,000 Check, using a bank account that only contained $39 at the time. Talk about an overdraft fee!
Follieri also settled with Los Angeles billionaire, Ron Burkle, last year, when Burkle sued him for “Systematically Misappropriating” at least $1.5 million of his funds. Follieri was said to have used that money to fund his lavish lifestyle, as well as funnel some of it through his charity.It sounds to me like Anne Hathaway is dating a dud.
