Angelina Jolie Gives Birth To Boy And Girl

Oscar winning Actress Angelina Jolie has given birth to twins, a boy and a girl, Knox Leon and daughter Vivienne Marcheline. Actor Brad Pitt, the twins’ father, was there by her side. Jolie, 33, had the twins by caesarean section on Saturday evening at the Lenval hospital on the glamorous Promenade des Anglais waterfront drive in Nice.

Nice-Matin newspaper broke the news of the birth on Sunday. The Mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, has told reporters that Brad Pitt is the “happiest dad in the world” following the birth of his new baby twins. He added: “(Brad) told me, `We chose one of the best hospitals in the world, one of the best doctors, one of the best medical teams’.”

Their doctor, Michel Sussmann, who delivered Jolie and Pitt’s twins over the weekend has admitted to feeling the pressure of dealing with one of the world’s most famous couples.

Lots of Baby News this week. People Magazine’s Sexiest Men Alive, Matthew McConaughey and his girfriend Brazillian Model, Camila Maria Saraiva de Araujo Alves, had a Baby Boy Levi Alves McConaughey.

McConaughey announced the pregnancy on his website. “Camila and I made a baby together … ,” he wrote. “We are stoked and wowed.”

Matthew and Camila also released the following statement: “We welcome Levi Alves McConaughey into this wonderful life and look forward to living in it with him. In the mean time and all times, just keep livin’.” 

In other Baby News, Actress Angelina Jolie’s yet-to-be-born twins are going to be named honorary citizens of Nice, France.The mayor of the town made this announcement after Jolie was admitted to the hospital last week. The actress will stay there till she gives birth to her twins.

Contactmusic.com reports the mayor as saying: “That is for the citizens of Nice a very great honour and a great satisfaction. We are very happy for this choice of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and I want to say to them that I wish a lot of joy to them and the babies, and great success for all of their lives.”

He added: “All their lives they will be Nicois and all their life they will be able to come to Nice and we will receive them with great honour.”

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have a new Baby Girl!They might have their day’s mixed up, but no matter. from now on, they’ll have a little Sunday every day.

The Oscar-winning actress and her country-star husband welcomed a baby girl on Monday, then named her after the day before.

“Earlier this morning Nic gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban,” read the message posted on Urban’s Web site. “We want to thank everybody that has kept us in their thoughts and prayers. We feel very blessed and grateful that we can share this joy with all of you today.”
