Tragedy strikes Academy Award winning 27year old actress Jennifer Hudson’s mother, Darnell Hudson Donerson, 57, and  brother,  Jason S. Hudson, 29 were shot and killed in their Chicago home.

The bodies were discovered at at 2:44 PM Friday at 7019 S. Yale in Chicago’s Englewood neighborhood.
First responders arrived and summoned police to the crime scene.  Police spokeswoman Monique Bond said the double murders appear to be the result of domestic dispute …

Rumor is: an argument over a car being sold sparked the conflagration. The missing boy’s mother works as a bus driver and has not been seen.

A suspect: William Balfour, has been taken into custody. Balfour is currently out on parole after serving time for attempted murder. Police have issued an APB for Hudson’s 7-year-old nephew Julian King who may have been abducted by William Balfour. Reportedly, Balfour listed Hudson’s mother’s address as his residence within the last year.

Husdon was one of the finalists on the third season of the FOX television series American Idol.

Late last night a jury convicted 61 year old former Pro Football Star, O.J. Simpson of Armed Robbery and Kidnapping. Ironically it was 13 years to the day after he was acquitted of Murdering his ex-wife Nichole Brown-Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman, in Los Angeles.

OJ Simpson Is Guilty!

Where was the “Dream Team” when he needed them? Looks like OJ doesn’t have many friends left. Most people we have talked to feel that Simpson got away with Murder, and is finally getting what’s coming to him!

Simpson and his co defendant, Clarence Stewart, were both convicted on all 12 counts. As the court clerk read “guilty” 24 times shortly before 11 p.m., Simpson grimaced and then nodded slightly… he knew his ass was grass! Simpson faces a possible life sentence.

Simpson was alleged to be the mastermind of the robbery of two Sports Collectibles dealers in a hotel room in Vegas. Simpson and Stewart, 54, were charged with a dozen crimes, including armed robbery and kidnapping, which carries a potential life sentence.

It appears beautiful young 19 year old TV Actress Hayden Panettiere who plays Claire Bennett on NBC’s “Heroes” has an abusive daddy. Alan Panettiere has been charged with misdemeanor Battery for an incident in which he allegedly hit his wife.

Daddy faces up to a year in a Los Angeles County jail if convicted. He was arrested on Aug. 11 on suspicion of striking his wife, Lesley.There was no mention if Drugs were involved.

At the time, a sheriff’s spokesman said Panettiere was accused of hitting his wife three times with an open hand. The 49-year-old was later released on $50,000 bail after the arrest. His arraignment will be held in October at a Beverly Hills courthouse.

It seems to never end for Rapper / Actor DMX, who was extradited from Florida yesterday by authorities sent back to Jail In Arizona on an outstanding warrant.

 The rapper recently plead Guilty In Miami to Drug Possession for Cocaine and Weed, and sentenced to time served and fined. Officials in Arizona then had 15 business days to obtain DMX or he would have been able to leave the state of Florida on OR (own recognizance).

DMX is facing 11 charges of animal cruelty and Drug Possession in Arizona and is currently being held on a $25,000 bond.

48 year old actress Mackenzie Phillips was released from jail pending a hearing on Tuesday. Phillips was busted in Wednsday at Los Angeles International Airport after allegedly trying to sneak Heroin and Cocaine on the plane.

“This Really Sucks!”

Phillips posted $10,000 bail after she had spent nearly two full days in police custody following her arrest.

“She was being screened by airport security when a small amount of what appeared to be heroin and cocaine were found on her person,” Sgt. Jim Holcomb said. “She was arrested at about 10 a.m. and is still in custody.”

He added: “The substances were found in balloons and baggies.

Actor/Rapper DMX aka Earl Simmons, 37, pleaded guilty to Cocaine and Weed possession, and was sentenced to time served. He now faces extradition to Arizona.

DMX Celebrates With His Homie’s! 

Attorney Bradford Cohen stated DMX will remain in custody until Arizona picked up on drugs and animal cruelty charges there.  Cohen admitted if he hadn’t copped a plea, DMX would have to sit out his time in a Miami slammer until a trail date in October.

This has to be filed under Unbelievable. Actor / Rapper DMX was picked up yesterday in Florida over a bench warrant issued against him in Arizona.

The Judge Is A Rapper!

Florida attorney, Brad Cohen, went to to bail him out today, but the Arizona courts list him as having a no bail hold.

DMX will have to sit it out in the Florida jail until his October 2 court hearing for a possession charge he has in Miami.

His attorney, Cohen told reporters that “he’ll have him [DMX] out before then … if they can straighten everything out”.

Associated Press writes: Another co-defendant has pleaded guilty in the O.J. Simpson armed robbery and kidnapping case in Las Vegas. Charles Ehrlich entered the plea Monday to reduced charges of attempted accessory to robbery and attempted burglary.

Ehrlich agreed to testify against Simpson at the Hall of Fame football player’s upcoming trial. The 54-year-old Ehrlich is the fourth Simpson co-defendant to plead guilty. He faces a possible sentence ranging from probation to nine years in prison.
