Rapper DMX (Earl Simmons) who has his share of legal problems, beat the rap on a 1.5 Million Dollar Judgement in a case with Monique Wayne the Baltimore woman who mothered his child. It appears he was not properly served.
The Judge, Thomas P. Smith, agreed that Mr. Simmons was never properly notified and therefore he threw out the judgment.
