L Word Grand Finale

It’s going to be a sad day when the Showtime Hit TV Series “The L Word” comes to an end (Lesbian Climax). The show that portrays the lives of a group of lesbian, bisexual and transgender women and men and their friends, in West Hollywood, California is headed for it final episodes.

Showtime has confirmed a sixth and final season for The L Word; unlike the show’s previous seasons, it will only last 8 episodes. Studio executives commented on the impressive longevity of the show, with the Showtime president of entertainment Robert Greenblatt saying that The L Word has “surpassed its niche as a gay show”. Season 6 started production this summer 2008, and will begin airing on January 18th, 2009.

Weeds Season Premier Sets Ratings Record

Monday’s Fourth Season Premier of Weeds on Showtime was the Highest Rated Program in the History of the Channel!

In the episode, actor Albert Brooks, was introduced to the cast as Nancy Botwin’s Father-In-Law.  It looks like Showtime has it’s first legitimate Hit Series.

The Weeds Season Four Premieres Tonight

The Weeds is set to make it’s long awaited return tonight on Showtime. The show, starring Mary Louise Parker, Kevin Nealon, Mary Kate Olsen, and Elizabeth Perkins, has been critically acclaimed for it’s dark humor.

Last season ended with the city of Agrestic burning to the ground in wild fires. Nancy and her family were displaced from their home, the cops found the grow house, and Celia was arrested.

The cliffhanger left millions of fans waiting impatiently to see what happens next. The next chapter to the wild ride of the Botwin family starts tonight at 9pm.
