First, Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend,, was being investigated for Fraud. Then Anne’s Break Up with him. Now today he was Arrested on Fraud Charges.
Follieri is being charged today for operating a fraudulant Real Estate Scheme that he claimed involved the Vatican. The official charges, according to the US District Court in Manhattan, are Conspiracy, Wire Fraud, and Money Laundering.
Follieri has been released on Bail, which cost him $21 million. He also had to Surrender his Passport to authorities.
It looks like Miss Hathaway got out of her relationship just in time. Rumor has it she may swear off men all together and go Lesbian (Like Lindsay Lohan)
